All refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method. This policy explains how and when refunds are processed.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to eligible returns of unopened items within 14 days of delivery, and to faulty or incorrect items. See our Returns Policy for what qualifies.

Refund amount & currency

  • The item price is refunded in full, in USD.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

Processing time

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
