Where we ship
We ship internationally from the United States. Some remote destinations may be excluded at checkout. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Rates & free shipping
- Flat rate of $6.95 USD on orders under $55.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $55 USD or more.
- All amounts are in USD; we do not offer other currencies.
Processing & delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days domestically and 10–20 business days internationally, depending on destination and customs. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
What we ship (and what we don't)
We ship storage and organization goods only. We do not sell or ship gas, pressurized, or electrical-heating parts, and we do not provide installation or repair services. Wall-mounted items ship with basic anchors, but installation and load-limit checks are the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at support@allflplumbgrp.shop within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
