Returns policy

You may return items within 14 days of delivery provided they are unopened, unused and in their original, sealed packaging. Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except where the item is faulty.

• Items that have been opened, used or assembled.
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
• The Detergent Dispenser Tank once opened (it is not food grade and is hygiene-sensitive).
• Waterproof liner or filler strips that have been cut or trimmed.

Email support@allflplumbgrp.shop with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong product.

If an item arrives faulty or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the item price in USD to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
